THE team at Koonambil have been recognised for their efforts with another star added to their performance rating.
After undergoing another rigorous assessment process that ended on 2 May the facility's overall rating has gone from 3.5 to 4.5 stars out of a possible 5.
"We made an announcement about our star rating review at the Care Team meeting and safety huddle," said CEO Toni Murie.
"The feedback from the performance assessment audit was announced in the residents . . .
