As the first light of dawn crept over the horizon, the small rural community of Gwabegar gathered in solemn silence to honour the sacrifice of the ANZAC’s.
District residents of all ages stood shoulder to shoulder at the town’s memorial on Friday, 25 April in a strong show of support that reflected the enduring spirit of remembrance in the proud forest community.
