MINDFULNESS, meditation and movement are the focus of a new community health and wellness experience program.
The Baradine branch of the CWA of NSW has acquired over $11,000 through the Commonwealth Government's Empowering our Communities Program to launch a series of free activity sessions for the benefit of residents living in the district.
