WeatherIt has been hot with a couple of showers not amounting to rain of any significance recently, and the district is getting very dry, with farmers now looking to buy fodder for stock.
The fire dangers have been extreme with all the National Parks and tourist attractions closed to the public due to the high fire risk, and over 70 fires in the state over the weekend, which shows just how fast these fires can travel and destroy homes and property including a large solar farm.
