The Coonamble Bears bowed out of the Castlereagh League competition for season 2024 with a narrow loss to Gulgong Terriers in Gulgong last Saturday 3 August.
Being the last competition round and the road trip to Gulgong it was pleasing to see most players make the effort to attend and I congratulate them on their commitment.
Gulgong put points on the board early in the contest and things weren’t looking good for the Bears but they stuck to their game plan and defended well. Jack . . .
