The Coonamble Bears travelled west to take on the Cobar Rooster in Cobar on the weekend with the home side taking full advantage of a depleted travelling Bear outfit.
The only highlight for the Bears supporters in the first half was a try to captain/coach Nathan Walker out wide, with a sideline conversion by Mitch Nalder to see the half time scoreboard reading Roosters 26 to Bears 6.
