The Coonamble Bears opened the season with a convincing win over the Baradine Magpies in Coonamble last Saturday 36 to 16.
The season sees a new look with forward debutantes, Riley Fernando, Isaiah Orcher, Brodie Turnbull, Michael Peacock, Caleb Tandy all playing significant rolls in the win. New backs; Callum Astill and Hayden Stevens did their supporters proud on the field.
