The past fortnight has been pivotal for the Coonamble Bears Reserve Grade as they fight to keep their 2025 season alive.
In the final round of the Castlereagh League competition, the Bears travelled to Gulgong for a must win clash against the Terriers to secure a spot in the finals.
In a hard-fought contest, the Bears came out on top with a 28-20 victory.
Try-scorers included Kobe Leonard, Tristan Draper, Malakai Haley, Jayden Barlow and Hamish Astill, Brendan Draper and Nathan Walker added valuable points with successful conversions.
