JOHN Murphy, or Big John as he is known to most, is a Weilwan man originally from Quambone and currently residing in Coonamble.
John is a coach with the Coonamble Junior Rugby League Club.
John previously lived in Mt Druitt and has done 15 years of training in the sport in Mt Druitt and Penrith.
