COONAMBLE Shire Council have handed down their 2023/24 Draft Operational Plan and Budget for the public to view, and in doing so has revealed a healthy operational surplus of $6,147,597.
Within the budget, $49,696,886 is allocated to capital expenditure, which can be spent on acquiring and maintaining assets like land, buildings, roads, sports grounds etc.
