A driver was taken to hospital after his vehicle crashed into a Coonamble motel on Friday afternoon 1 March.
Police and emergency services were called to the motel on the Castlereagh Highway just after 5pm to find the vehicle embedded in the motel's dining room.
The driver - a man aged 56 - was trapped for a short time before he was extricated and taken to Dubbo Base Hospital as a precaution.
Orana Mid-Western Police advise he was subject to a roadside breath test, returning a negative result.
