A 113-run outing from Mark Stewart highlighted a strong performance from Gidgee cricket in their 39-run win over last year’s premiers Breelong on Saturday 4 February at Tooraweenah oval.
As the season winds to a close, Gidgee look to be gaining momentum with the finals coming up in three rounds time.
Gidgee won the toss and elected to bat, with opener Mark Stewart entering the crease as a man on a mission.
