COONAMBLE Shire Council is encouraging local businesses to review and comment on proposed changes to the Local Purchasing Policy.
Prior to the review, the policy gave locally based businesses a 10% discount when council would assess purchasing orders for tenders, regardless of how much the tender cost was.
