A large crowd of locals turned out in sweaty conditions to celebrate Australia Day on January 26.
The annual gathering was for the second year held in the showground pavilion with the local Rotary Club providing breakfast for all and sundry.
For a few elderly folk the heat proved too much and a few found themselves departing before the official ceremony at 9:30.
