COONAMBLE FIT Incorporated had its fourth annual 'throwdown' on Saturday 3 December 2022.
This year thirty-six crazy competitors pushed their bodies to the absolute limit, testing themselves in a mixture of aerobic exercise, strength and gymnastics - all for a shot to stand atop the podium at the end of the day.
