Fitness fanatics are feeling the burn at Coonamble Gym, with 35 participants now in the second week of the Six Week Reset Challenge, and showing no signs of slowing down.
Where excuses stop and results begin, the challenge takes the dedicated participants through workout classes from 16 February to 27 March.
Coonamble Gym Personal Trainer (PT) Tiffany O'Brien created the program to push new and returning gym junkies to their limits.
From Monday to Saturday, attendees choose which days to sweat it out at the gym, with a multitude of session times . . .
