• PHOTO: Coonamble Public School’s new Gamilaraay language program impliments a variety of activities focused on Aboriginal culture and it’s connection to language.
Over the past four-years Coonamble Public School has implemented a Gamilaraay language program for all students from Pre-school through to Year 6, including support classes.
The course is designed and taught by proud local educator Mrs Joanne Lee who differentiates lessons based on the age, knowledge and skills of the students.
Mrs Lee is certified to teach the Gamilaraay language.
