On 8 August, Coonamble Public School held its annual Book Parade, bringing students, teachers, and families together to celebrate reading.
Students dressed up as their favourite book characters, showing their love for stories and books.
The parade included a variety of characters, with many Disney and Marvel heroes represented.
Some examples of costumes that were paraded included Bananas in Pyjamas, Shrek, the Cat in the Hat, Matilda and several Harry Potter characters.
