The future of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Coonamble was up in the air after it was revealed the NSW State Government will be phasing out their funding of the program.
The funding has since been picked up by Coonamble Shire Council who voted to take over the funding of the program which sees children aged 0-5 receive a free book . . .
