Coonamble and Gulargambone butted heads in a match that was almost as close as it gets on 18 January.
Gidgee (Coonamble) chased down the host’s 153 runs to the second last over with three wickets remaining.
A younger Gular side formed a strong opening pair in the first innings, hitting 63 runs between them.
However, Coonamble’s former captain Tyne Chapman topped the visitor’s chase with 59 not out to bring the team over the line.
