A 28-year-old Coonamble man avoided jail on Monday 16 December after he was arrested with around $4000 worth of methamphetamine in March.
Police in a vehicle spotted Justin Worrell riding a bicycle without a helmet at around 8:30am on Friday 15 March.
According to a police fact sheet, officers indicated with their warning lights for him to stop, which he did not.
The vehicle followed alongside him into Yarran Street, where it mounted the curb to cut him off.
Police got out of the vehicle, drew a taser . . .
