Two separate incidents in the past 24 hours in the Coonamble area have required airlifts to John Hunter Hospital.
A police spokesperson says that early on Saturday morning (December 3), a male was airlifted to Newcastle after a severe quad-bike accident on a private property northwest of Coonamble.
Local paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team treated and stabilised the male rider, who had suffered multiple injuries after the quad bike had rolled on him…
