THE FIRST outing for local adult cricketers at the 2022 new pre-harvest competition saw 18 players take the field on Saturday 10 September at the Coonamble Sportsground.
"We had enough players to make up two teams with nine a side and we played 20 overs each way," said organiser Tyne Chapman . "Among those were six teenagers who are keen to play so that's very encouraging for local cricket."
