THE IPTAAS rebate is to almost double for individuals in regional areas who are required to travel for medical treatment with an additional $149 million announced within the 2022/2023 State Budget on Tuesday 22 March.
Isolated Patients Travel and Accommodation Assistance Scheme or IPTAAS is a NSW Government scheme that aims to provide financial assistance towards travel and accommodation costs for patients who travel long distances for treatment that is not locally available.
