The head of the company responsible for building some of Coonamble's new housing says the units should arrive in September after Coonamble Shire Council gave development approval for the buildings in July.
The original schedule was to complete installation in May, although the Simmons Global said they would be delayed to July to ensure the best design for regional and remote housing needs.
Owner Dave Simmons said they then held off on assembling them until they received approval for their construction from Coonamble Shire Council.
He says that assembly can now begin . . .
