Coonamble Shire councillors are urging residents to have their say on Council's proposed hierarchy ranking roads for repair.
The hierarchy mainly measures traffic levels to sort roads into six classes which decide how quickly damage is fixed and how often maintenance occurs.
It also considers school routes, heavy vehicle use and access to properties throughout the 1538-kilometre shire network.
