Coonamble Shire is sealing the sale of the remaining industrial blocks at the Hooper Drive estate before their attention turns to developing new land on the site of the old sheepyards.
With assistance from the NSW Government, Council developed the Hooper Drive Industrial Estate in 2010, after the final blocks in the Buckley Drive Estate were sold.
