Organisers say Friday evening's free disco went "beyond expectations" after about 170 children plus their parents packed the Plaza Theatre.
An enthusiastic Show Society sub-committee organised the spectacle as an alternative activity for junior residents after the 2025 Coonamble Show was cancelled.
A mix of Coonamble Public, High and St Brigids School students boogied for two hours while it bucketed down outside on Friday evening 28 March.
