Binod Duwal's passion for cooking has taken him a long way from home.
The 33-year-old was inspired to become a chef by his mother's dishes back in the Nepalese capital Kathmandu.
Since he arrived in Coonamble about nine months ago, he's added some of that home flavour to the menu as a cook at the Coonamble Bowling Club, including curries served chicken, prawns and rice.
"I love to cook Italian dishes, plus Nepalese," he said.
