Samantha Hulford from Cootamundra has made it through her first summer in Coonamble and the heat has not made her crack yet.
To Sam, Coonamble seems like a smaller version of her hometown with a population of around 6,000.
"It's also a small, tight-knight farming community although there are mainly wheat growers back there."
