Twenty-five-year-old Sophie Musgrove has only been in Coonamble a few weeks but has already settled in to her new job at the public primary school.
Sophie originally comes from Sydney where most of her friends and family live.
"The biggest difference is how friendly everyone is. Every morning when I walk in, I talk to five people, whereas in Sydney everyone's walking head down, headphones in."
