Coonamble mother Kimberly Blattman does not own a car to drive her two young children to pre-school.
She said five-year-old Phoenix and three-year-old Lilly (turning four on ANZAC Day) are also too young to walk to Coonamble Public School from their home near Coonamble Golf Course or catch the regular school bus.
