THE Lady Golfers played the first round of 27 holes on 15 June and it was bitterly cold when we started out down the fairway but after 7 or 8 holes the day heated up and it turned out to be a great day for golf. Most of the course was good but there patches of marshmallow that made it difficult to find our ball. Some of the ladies lost balls.
