A man was airlifted to Tamworth Base Hospital on Saturday night after a quad bike accident in the Marthaguy area between Coonamble and Warren.
NSW Ambulance and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter were called to a location Marthaguy Road at around 8:30pm yesterday evening (Saturday 28 October) after reports that a man in his 50s had been injured in a quad bike accident.
The man had suffered multiple injuries, including back injuries, and was treated by paramedics and the helicopter's critical care medical team being airlifted to Tamworth Hospital.
