THE Coonamble Cattle yards have been somewhat neglected in recent times; and with fortnightly sales back on the menu consistent maintenance is a necessity going forward.
Currently, a buyer who attends a sale at Coonamble doesn’t have anywhere to sit down for a cuppa or do their bookwork, both a standard feature at most sales that yard the headage Coonamble does.
This is in part due to the lack of a saleyards manager, a position that was discontinued . . .
