LOCAL YOUNG Indigenous achievers were celebrated last week during the town’s NAIDOC event in Macdonald Park last Friday 10 December.
The awards are presented to Indigenous residents aged 17 or less, who have performed admirably in the local community over the last year with the senior awards presented a few weeks ago at the first NAIDOC Ball.
