NSW health minister Ryan Park says dialysis services have been increased in Gilgandra while Coonamble Multi-Purpose Health Service waits for dialysis-trained nurses to begin by the end of the year.
Minister Park confirmed in a letter to state Barwon MP Roy Butler that one recruited nurse began dialysis training in Dubbo in August while another is due to begin employment at the hospital in November.
