At least five new mums have taken part in the latest round of sessions at Coonamble Hospital aimed at taking the guesswork out of newborn health and wellbeing.
Since early September, the New Parents program has taken parents from sharing birth experiences to helping their bubs sleep and knowing what to do in common childhood emergencies.
Child and Family Health Nurse Robyn Hull said the groups are also a chance for mothers to get the social juices flowing.
