A set of electric cars will hit the road first in Coonamble under a regional trial to curb emissions in the bush.
The local council received two Kia EV5 SUVs on 18 June, which staff will drive for three weeks on Coonamble roads before the trial moves to the Walgett, Bourke then Cobar shires.
