Australia's growing pickleball trend came to Coonamble on Saturday 12 April when members of the Dubbo club tested the sport on the local tennis courts.
The game is similar to tennis, but the courts are smaller while the balls have holes and bounce lower.
It has drawn popularity among older players given it involves less running and stress on joints.
