The Coonamble Hospital has received an early Christmas present after it spent years on the staff's wish list.
A brand new Sonosite Point of Care Ultrasound Machine (POCUS) was delivered to the hospital last week, Monday 1 December, after years of rallying for the technology.
It was the local community and service clubs that stepped into the Santa suit to fund the gift.
The medical staff at the Hospital say Coonamble has gone without an instant ultrasound device for far too long.
