Gulargambone’s Two Eight Two Eight Café is again in new hands after less than 12 months.
Former supermarket manager Pompy Singh took over the lease for the much-loved venue on 21 January 2025.
Since then, he’s extended opening hours and aims to cook Indian-inspired dishes every fortnight, including butter chicken and lamb curry.
