THE Coonamble Shire recorded more rainfall in an unwanted storm late last Wednesday night 30 November and into Thursday 1 December.
Rainfall was widely spread across the entire shire, with the southern side of Coonamble suffering from significantly more rainfall in comparison to other areas.
The storm was just another reminder of La Niña after just a two week period of no rainfall, which allowed many farmers around the district to begin harvest at last.
