COONAMBLE Associated Agents yarded 1250 fat cattle last Friday.
The yarding consisted of mainly trade and feedlot types with some very good export cattle.
The highlights of the day were the exceptional prices for feeder heifers reaching a top of 406 cents, while heifer vealers made a top of 429 cents.
Livestock buyers on the day quoted the market up to 10 cents dearer than a major selling . . .
