When Colin ‘Doot’ McMullen left his Dubbo Street home on his usual garbage truck run at around 3:30am on Tuesday 11 June, everything was where it should be.
“When we came past here to pick the bins up around 4:30am, everything was fine. We couldn’t see anyone walking around,” Colin said.
