Council staff and elected representatives celebrated public service to the Coonamble community as Local Government Week kicked off in early August.
At least 30 senior residents, community service volunteers and emergency service members mixed with Coonamble Shire councillors over two morning teas on 6 and 7 August, in part aimed at connecting shire representatives with the community.
