Five councillors have chosen not to stand in this year's election - Tim Horan, Bill Fisher, Pat Cullen, Brian Sommerville and Terry Lees.
Here councillors Horan, Fisher, Sommerville and Cullen share their experiences during this last term, and offer their advice to the incoming councillors. Clr Lees chose not to be involved.
After eight years on council, Mr Fisher decided it was time to focus more on his health and succession planning.
