THE COONAMBLE Jockey Club (CJC) and the hundreds of locals and visitors who usually flock to the annual Gold Cup Race meeting have been severely disappointed when a final downpour of rain dowsed any hopes of the races going ahead on Sunday 9 October.
The final call was made following a track inspection on Sunday morning by Chief Stipendiary Steward Dean Bucknell . . .
