COONAMBLE police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding a large-scale brawl which is reported to have involved over 75 locals on Friday night.
At about 12.30am on Saturday 11 June, police responded to reports of a fight at the intersection of Castlereagh Street and Tooloon Street.
On attending, police found two females arguing and intervened.
The females were then moved on while over 100 others were dispersed from the location.
Reports from onlookers indicate the section of Tooloon Street between Castlereagh Street and Namoi Street was packed with people . . .
