Investigations are underway after emergency services were called to three grass fires on vacant blocks in the township over the weekend of 29 November to 1 December.
Fire services were called to a block on Pages Terrace around 3am on Saturday 29 November, where they dealt with two fires, about 20 metres apart.
Following this, at 2am on Monday 1 December an empty block on Aberford Street opposite the Coonamble High School was set alight .
Emergency services attended to the blazes before they could spread.
